Ahh, it's nice to be home again! Had a lovely time, and I can tell already it's going to be hard to get back into the swing of things. Nevertheless, everything is back in business including logos/graphics etc.
It was such a nice surprise, as well, to come home to see WHM Mantis is in the 'Stallion Spotlight' for the ES Dressage Federation! Go, Manny!

Well, I spent most of today and yesterday going over the website and completely redoing it, including new and improved bloodlines (adding made up bloodlines to foundation horses) and new profile pictures for pretty much all the horses.

PHEW

It's finally done, so I can get back to doing logos for people :)

I also received a new Trakehner foal by CDC Bacchus and out of World Jumping Stables' mare MSE Beg For Mercy. I am SO happy with this little colt! I have named him CDC Benvolio, and I really think he'll do well.

Also, for anybody who doesn't know, I will be going overseas (to Bali - first time ever, which is all but unheard of for an Australian) from the 14th to the 21st. So, obviously, everything will be on hold until I get back.

Finally, the WHM Hack Day and Gymkhana has been judged, and I'd like to say congratulations to the winners! I had a great time judging it, and all the entries were fantastic.

Well, I'm exhausted now after a very long day, so I'm going to BED! Mmmm. Bed.

Yay for 2013! Hope you all had a great 2012 and that this year is even better :)

January foal crop is up!

Jeeze Louise, WHM certainly is growing in numbers! I am extremely honoured to announce that we are now home to two new fillies (in addition to WD Wonderland), and one new Oldenburg stallion.

From Crimson Reed Kennels & Stables, we have bought a beautiful black Trakehner filly by the name of CRKS Charred Flames, who is such a fantastic little miss. Finally, we've purchased the yearling Dutch Warmblood filly Arista ISF. All three horses are taking pride of place out in the spelling paddock with some other broodmares, being dragged in only to compete in the 2nd Little Lasses Futurity Show. I'm proud as punch at their turnout, and I hope they'll do well! All three have such bright futures at White Hill Manor.

Secondly, Amaya Montesinos has given me the opportunity to campaign her lovely Andalusian stallion
YDS Oficial del Sicomoro in both dressage and in-hand classes. He'll be staying with us for two months, and I hope I do this beauty justice in the show ring!

Finally, Francesca from World Jumping Stables has given me the beautiful Oldenburg stallion WJS War Admiral. I would love to show this guy for a short while before retiring him to stud, where he will definitely be put to my Oldenburg mare WHM Dellu a'Lorange. I can't wait to see how this guys does with us! A big, big thank you to Francesca for this opportunity!

I'm very proud and excited to announce that White Hill Manor has recently bought WD Wonderland from Lotte at Willowdale Equestrian Centre. She is a fantastic little perlino Trakehner filly by WD Marquis and out of WD American Beauty, with such a bright future and so much potential. I already know she will grow into an amazing horse with a show career that is out of this world! Her profile will be up very soon.

I've also aquired a foundation sabino Trakehner mare, WHM Anawega. She is a real stunner, if I do say so myself, and she is quickly becoming one of my favourites. You'll see her out on the show circuit very soon!

In other news, WHM Salzbaan has reached the Frequent Flyer and Jumping Star achievements which is great! Also, the White Hill Manor foal crop (if you can call it that, lol) consisting of one colt WHM Ceppo will close for applications on the 12th of December, with the owner being announced later that day or the

Just a quick update to say that I recently did a photo shoot with Grace Rosen and her gorgeous stallion CHF Sutter's Gold. Some of the shots can be seen in my scrapbook here, while the rest are in Grace's scrapbook here.

Also, WHM has started up the first of what will hopefully be a regular fun show! It's a Hack & Gymkhana day, with some cool prizes, including photo shoots and a pose pack. Check it out here!

Mabel and George's baby daughter Claudette (better known as Dettie) had her first birthday today! To mark the occasion, I got some lovely family shots of them. Dettie is already looking very much like her mother - perhaps we'll be on the market for a new pony soon?

In other news, I've updated the website to make it look a bit more streamline. I think it turned out okay :)

I've added a new feature being a "potential dial". This basically tells how much potential we have tapped into for that particular horse, and will probably be an indicator on when the horse is to be retired (dark green

Just a quick note to say that I bred a filly from OP Basillico and OP Dicembre and gave her as a Christmas gift to Crimson Reed Stables. I am so happy to know she is going to a great home! Can't wait to see how they go together.

Feeling the Christmas spirit already :D

Just a quick note to say that we have some very special new arrivals! We have a fantastic stud (OP Basillico) and broodmare (OP Dicembre) addition to White Hill Manor from Olive Park, as well as a new performance stallion (RFS Hercule Poirot). Both breeding horses are registered, RFS Hercule Poirot will be registered once the Trakehner registry is open to applications again.

OP Basillico is up for stud immediately, so if you would like to breed your mare to him (registered Trakehners, Thoroughbreds, Arabians, Shagya Arabians or Anglo-Arabians only will be accepted), please read the stud rules and send through the form. I'm sure he will breed some fantastic performance and breeding horses!

Speaking of which, I can't wait to breed my first foal crop now! I will wait for my other breeding horses to be registered first, of course, but it will be hard! I'm contemplating breeding a foal from Dicembre and Basillico, but not sure yet! If you would like a foal from them, feel free to contact me. The only reason I won't be keeping one for myself at the moment is because I've kind of got my hands full with getting everything up and running. Either way, keep an eye out for OP Basillico's

As of today, the website for White Hill Manor is up and running! Different parts of the website may be tweaked or refined over the next couple of days, but as of now everything seems to be working okay!

At the moment, we only have one stud (WHM Denkul, Trakehner stallion). If you would like to breed a foal from him, feel free to contact me after reading the rules.

In the coming weeks, I would like to start to host some shows (beginning with dressage, perhaps moving onto show jumping and/or eventing). I'll be looking into what you have to do to host a show, so if you have experience with this, please feel free to contact me with any information or words of advice!

I also really want a bit of information regarding who we contact to have our Dutch Warmbloods registered, as they make up quite a large portion of both my performance and breeding stock. If you know who is doing the breed registry (the one on the Equus-Sims breed registry site isn't currently available), please contact me!
